Ashla Soter is an independent producer and production executive, and a member of the Producers Guild of America. She brings projects in on budget and stays close to the work at every stage.

She spent three-plus years as Head of Production for Original Content at Tubi, overseeing more than 150 projects across scripted, unscripted, animation, and live programming. Across her career, freelance and at Tubi, she has worked on production for over 250 projects.

She is also a co-founder of The Production Exchange, a filmmaker networking group, alongside a Facebook community where crew share resources and opportunities. She cares about this industry and the people in it, not just the projects.
